We reserved a Dora costume from here for my daughter's 1st birthday party for $75. Over the phone I was told that she could not send me a picture of the costume because of copyright. When I got to the store, the costume was horrible...it didn't even look like Dora but more like a scary witch head. She would only refund $50 of the rental even though we never used it. I scrambled the whole night trying to find another place to rent from and luckily was able to find a great Dora costume for the same price. DO NOT GET A COSTUME HERE! You will be very disappointed.

I needed a costume for my son that was hard to find. The owner was very helpful and spent alot of time with me. She has alot of stuff there and I have no idea how she keeps track of it all. But either way I was please since she was the only place we went that had what my son needed.

Costumes arent cleaned before they are rented out. They have tears, are stinky, and very dirty. Check anything before you leave store. Had to fight to get our money back.

The place is way too crowded and I have no idea how the owner knows where anything is in that dump. She talks to you forever and never shuts her mouth and she over charges you for old clothes that look like they have never been washed. The whole place just sees really sketchy to me and i would only go there if it was a last resort.

I couldn't find the costume I was looking for anywhere. When I called Ann, she told me that she would take care of it and sure enough, she called me back soon after saying that she had exactly what I was looking for. I suggest using Ann's because she is as proffesional as they come, and the best in the business. She was a pleasure dealing with and I hope to deal with her again. Prices were in the low to fair range also! Jon
